I ordered a breast pump and was given no indication as to when it would arrive despite paying an addional fee for express delivery. I eventually had to order a different pump from another company. I then proceeded to return the product when it eventually arrived from China. I was informed that I would receive a full refund upon receipt. After chasing by email the company finally confirmed that they had received the product and would issue a refund, they never did. I have had to make a claim via my credit card company instead.

On Thursday 13th July On Thursday 13th July, me and my family were supposed to visit Onhwa Lumina. That evening was cancelled due to the weather. We got in contact and asked if we could have a refund. They advised that they do not give refunds. Really disappointed in their response when they cancelled. This is daylight robbery!!

Beware the fine print! Beware the fine print! Camera works fine but the mounting bracket is too lose to affix to monitor (slides off). There is no way to adjust or tighten the mount hinge. Contacted customer service and 4-8 weeks needed for replacement AND I PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM CHINA! There are many other webcam choices - stay away from this one.

I unfortunately had the same experience… I unfortunately had the same experience as the other reviews-opened the package and it had a sticker slapped on it from Lumina, but it was sent from”Horrigan” a dodgy Chinese company. Customer service was really great at first, said no problem would refund me and refund the anmount it cost to ship item back. But alas, when following up on my refund and shipping refund, No reply, looks like they’re out of business now.? Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Lumina Beauty is a scam company Lumina Beauty is a scam company, do not buy the breast pumps and avoid at all costs! Arrived in damaged packaging and without any branding, clearly just a very cheap knock off product. I returned it all the way back to China as requested and they said their finance team were processing my refund but I haven’t received anything and they now have stopped replying to my emails. Avoid!!!
