Do not buy this no matter how pretty it looks! Same negative experience as most other actual buyers. It's all a fake. My computer won't even let me download the app the camera supposedly needs to do any of what was promised because it's says it's a fraudulent site. They've mimicked Apple's packaging to make you think you're getting something high-end but it's a total piece of crap. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Do not buy this!! Do not buy this!!! This is not a legit company says it's in America but shipped from china. I ordered a pump it took weeks to arrive despite paying for express delivery by which point my milk supply stopped despite trying to hand pump. I wrote asking for a refund and was offered 20% discount which I declined as I had no need for the pump so requested returns instructions and was ignored despite a number of emails. I then decided to give the pump to a friend who is a new mum, she has informed the pump does not have sufficient suction, does not effectively collect milk, leaks everywhere, is hard to empty. Complete waste of £80 that I could not afford to lose.

Never buy from this people, I ordered a dip nail kit in January but I choose the option of paying after receiving, I received the product in April after I had ordered somewhere else..now they don't want the product back but they want me to pay.i thought the company was Swiss based but its from China..Trust me when I say companies like Amazon,temu,shein are much better than this lumina guys

One star is being generous. One star is generous. The breast pump is absolutely faulty, it’s painful when you do manage to get 5 seconds of it functioning and has really impacted my feeding. Customer service will ignore you despite the rubbish on their website about returns and warranty. DO NOT BUY !
