Do not use this retailer! - should be negative stars... Not sure if they will post this since they seem to be deleting their negative reviews, but here goes. I placed an order for CS6 almost 2 weeks ago, and received notice that it would be "shipping shortly" immediately afterwards. After a week of dead silence and no change in "my account" status, I tried calling customer service, leaving messages for the shipping department, and emailing as directed, but got no where. I have tried again several times this week, still getting no where. I did eventually get a live (albeit rude) person who directed me to their tech support person for Adobe products (option 3 which seems odd for shipping question), who was helpful enough, but still could not tell me when I might receive my purchase, or much of anything other than someone would call me within 24hr to answer my question. Still nothing! After seeing the few negative reviews that remain on this site with the same issue, I canceled my credit card to prevent this purchase from going through. A pain, but at least I am not out any money from this non legitimate business!

scam scam and scam I wish I could put minus stars. This is not even a real company. No phone, no email, no online chat--not even a location (it's a fake, virtual location on their web) which is creepy. They stole 689.00 for CS6. It's just some guy(or girl) charging credit cards and laughing. oh except when I was having trouble entering my CC numbers, then suddenly online chat appears. then never again- STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these crooks. you will be sorry.

Scam......Scam...... Scam......Scam....... run!!! I placed an order in March and never received it!!! They sent me a bogus UPS tracking #! I have email correspondences from the company begging me not to report them!

Horrible customer service UPDATE: Finally received the product (8 days after ordering) and received a blank disc. The disk and serial number were not in Adobe packaging. Called Adobe support and gave them the serial number I was given by Last Chance Buys and turns out it is an Adobe licensing product (which I'd be surprised if you are even able to sell). I believe they should have disclosed these things right away. Thankful that Adobe chat was able to help me out. I recently purchased the CS6 Web and Design Premium from Last Chance Buys. Did not receive a confirmation by email. I tried calling and emailing customer support for a status update and had not heard anything back. The customer support line prompts took me to the recent purchases line where they prompt you to create a ticket online. I tried to create a ticket online and am taken to a broken link (saying you have entered an incorrect address which is their link). My status on my account had not changed. 5 days later and I finally get a tracking number (that is not found). I have taken screen shots of all my difficulties with this site for proof. 5 days later and I still have not received a response for any of my emails. The product is still not on my doorstep. On the site they say they will get back to you in less than 24 hours to respond (lies). I would not recommend them to anyone. Yes, their prices are great, but it is not worth not knowing whether you will even get the product or not. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

Lights on, No one is home! I strongly believe this is a SCAM site! I waited weeks and they still haven't shipped the product. They have a chat system that is never activated. Their phone number simply directs you to the website, which has a broken link. I sent them a message to cancel my order. It has been over a week and no reply nor change to my order status (which has said shipping shortly since purchase weeks ago). Please, please PLEASE... bargain shoppers, beware!! It is my firm belief that most (if I could prove it, I would say all) positive feedback regarding this site is falsified.
