Customer service STINKS I am getting quite frustrated with their service. We ordered CS6 a week ago and the order says it is pending. We have emailed twice and tried connecting through live chat three times. It always times out. We can't seem to get through to figure out why this hasn't shipped. Meanwhile we can't get the work done because we don't have the program.

scam scam and scam I wish I could put minus stars. This is not even a real company. No phone, no email, no online chat--not even a location (it's a fake, virtual location on their web) which is creepy. They stole 689.00 for CS6. It's just some guy(or girl) charging credit cards and laughing. oh except when I was having trouble entering my CC numbers, then suddenly online chat appears. then never again- STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these crooks. you will be sorry.

Lights on, No one is home! I strongly believe this is a SCAM site! I waited weeks and they still haven't shipped the product. They have a chat system that is never activated. Their phone number simply directs you to the website, which has a broken link. I sent them a message to cancel my order. It has been over a week and no reply nor change to my order status (which has said shipping shortly since purchase weeks ago). Please, please PLEASE... bargain shoppers, beware!! It is my firm belief that most (if I could prove it, I would say all) positive feedback regarding this site is falsified.

This company doesn't sound legit I am concerned that I submitted my credit card info to this company. Haven't received my order, cannot talk to anyone (the live-person answering service will only take a message) and their physical address is a virtual location at 8484 wilshire blvd ste 515, Beverly Hills, ca. If you call coast2coast accounting, which is the company that google lists for this address, 310-247-2280, they say that this is a virtual location, similar to UPS, where Last Chance Buys picks up their mail. I have a very bad feeling about these guys...

Superlative Ordered CS6 and received my order promptly. The software installed without a hitch. Actually, I received Photoshop CS6 extended which has a few more extras as opposed to the basic package that I paid for. Thank you very much Lastchancebuys for your sale product, your rapid delivery and the unexpected upgrade !!! I will look at their site from time to time to see if there is anything more that I can use. Would certainly buy from them again. Strongly Recommend :)
