Bad customer service I purchased my phone case in the middle of march expecting it to arrive with in the first couple weeks of April. When it didn't arrived I called WackyDot to confirm delivery. They said that my order could not be located and a refund could be issued. I then ordered a case from Amazon (which shipped the very next day). When I asked for my refund from WackyDot they said they found the order and it should be arriving next week. I told them I no longer wanted it and I wanted to return it; this is when they stopped replying. The case arrived broken and now I can not even resell it.

Bait and switch Took a chance since they seemed to have good reviews. Bought an Analogix Slimport adapter. Took them two full weeks for the items to be delivered. Received item was a no name adapter (found exact same one on [External Reference] for ~$8, the one I bought at Wackydot was ~$30) Emailed customer supported, got back to me and said they'll check up. Nothing. Emailed again, same thing. Never dealing with this company again.

VERY POOR Terrible site! sent two dis-functional otterbox cases! even after they assured me the second case would be checked! probably cause the cases are fake! after 2 months of exchanges, lost packages and poor products i asked for a refund which 2 weeks later i still have not received! terrible service!! AVOID! AVOID!!

Worst service ever!! While they were quick to reply, I ordered my iPhone case on September 29th, just got it today, October 26!!! Wasn't worth the wait, stick with (External Reference)!!

Worst Experience EVER! I purchased what was advertised as a full size American Girl doll for my daughter for Christmas. I thought I was getting a good deal at $85. After weeks of it not arriving, I checked the mailbox the day before Christmas, and there was a MINI doll. The company's response was that there had been a pricing mistake and it should have been $25. I have not received a credit and it has been over 2 weeks. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and get my daughter a gift. I've now gotten her the doll through American Girl, but thanks to Wacky Dot, have paid over $200 for it.
