CABad customer service I purchased my phone case in the middle of march expecting it to arrive with in the first couple weeks of April. When it didn't arrived I called WackyDot to confirm delivery. They said that my order could not be located and a refund could be issued. I then ordered a case from Amazon (which shipped the very next day). When I asked for my refund from WackyDot they said they found the order and it should be arriving next week. I told them I no longer wanted it and I wanted to return it; this is when they stopped replying. The case arrived broken and now I can not even resell it.

GBProbably some of the poorest… Probably some of the poorest communication I've ever encountered. Still trying to locate my package ordered 10 days ago. I'll never do business with this place again. I can't seem to contact anybody for help, or nobody will contact me back.

GBPlantronics Bluetooth First Bluetooth arrived, supposed to be new, was scratched and was in Mandarin. Sent complaint and was assured a new one in English would be sent which arrived today three weeks later, In good visible order and works well with one major problem the button to answer the call and end the call does not work at all and is not easy to tune the phone in. They obviously buy new but faulty equipment. I advise spend the extra and by from a proper company a new boxed and working Bluetooth. IT GETS WORSE HAVING ASKED FOR A REFUND ON SEVERAL EMAILS THEY WONT REPLY TO ME ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

DKSupport lovede ombytning for måneder siden, men svarer ikke længere på email Where is the replacement, you have kindly promised me months ago? Recap: Wackydot wronlgy did send me a chineese-language/speaking version of handsfree headset back in october/november 2014 (should have been EU/UK-english ver. of course)... In november 2014 you promised to replace the headset and have also managed to send a refurbished (BT500V) replacement (arrived late january 2015). Good - but unfortunately the replacement is defect and can not charge :( You agreed on febuary 23'rd to come up with another solution - and i politely propsed to perhaps partly finance a new replacement in the form of a Jabra Storm (English version). We agreed on this (and you also promised to send a return-envelope for the defect head-set) back in feb./march. That was a fine agreement :) But as of today (over ½ a year after the original purchase) NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!! Before i issued this (renewed) case regarding your business on relevant sites (social media etc.) i have numerous times written you by email and on FB in the hope, that there has been a (one more) mistake, and that we can now find a quick solution- and that is still my hope despite the depressing state of affairs? Køber produktet og får et meget rimeligt fragt-estimat på kr. 12. Ingen steder bliver jeg dog gjort opmærksom på, at forsendelsen kommer fra Kina/Hong Kong. Men det gør den, og det giver både told, faktura og moms-tillæg på over trehundrede kroner oveni (told og mons + fakturagebyr, da varen koster over kr. 80). På den måde forties det også, at en evt. returforsendelse ofte ikke kan betale sig (og ikke for mig) DET ER SVINDEL AT SKJULE/FORTIE KINA/HONG KONG ADRESSE!!! ØV!

NLNever received mij order In november 2014 I ordered a case for my mobile phone, but didn't receive it. I contacted Wackydot and I was told that the product was sent, but could not be delivered by our postcompany, because no one was at home. So the postcompany should have returned the product. This is very strange because our postcompany always leaves a note or deliveres at a neighbour. I didn't receive a note. I gave Wackydot my businessadres, where there is alway someone at working hours available, so they could ship it again. I was told they would ship the case again. This was in the beginning of December 2014. Until now, 18 januari 2015, I didn't receive anything. After contact with the company again they told me the shipment could have been either lost or delayed. I don't believe this, so asked them to pay my money back. Since then I never heard anything from them. Note: After paying it seemed that my payment went to a Chinese bank. I wonder if Wackydot is realy American.
