CASo Not Cool. I now tell everyone not to order from this site. I was given a faulty tracking number. the website for tracking says the tracking number is suppose to be 35 characters long, mine was 15....like come on. And I have not received my order yet. Im not to worried about my 40 dollars going missing Im just upset that a site could do this to people. Now that I see the reviews from this site, I wish I had never ordered from here. I emailed the company but they have no returned my email. Which seems like an on going thing. But revenge is good, cause I know a lot of people that have seen the site and wanted things from it, and I have advise them not to.... I will post the site on my Facebook aswell to make sure the word gets out about this stupid site. I think anyone who has had a bad experience about this site should do the same.

CABad customer service I purchased my phone case in the middle of march expecting it to arrive with in the first couple weeks of April. When it didn't arrived I called WackyDot to confirm delivery. They said that my order could not be located and a refund could be issued. I then ordered a case from Amazon (which shipped the very next day). When I asked for my refund from WackyDot they said they found the order and it should be arriving next week. I told them I no longer wanted it and I wanted to return it; this is when they stopped replying. The case arrived broken and now I can not even resell it.

LVPoor customer service / cheats 2 September 2015 I ordered an ipadcase as a present. After a while I received the wrong case. Could hapen to everyone, so I contacted Whackydot. "No problem, we send the right case". However, at the end of November, no case. I contacted Sam fromcustomer service, who wrote the case would arrive soon. I contacted him again on 2 December and 14 December. No case and no reply! I feel Whackydot is a cheat or at least a lousy shop. Do not buy here, cause theybdo not care about their customers or a good sale!!

NLReally Wack indeed I've ordered pants for a very large amount of money. First of all I was promised a message when it was delivered. I've waited longer than the promised days and still no message. Some days and unanswered emails further, they finally told me the product was on it's way. It arrived in a plastic bag from China. While opening the bag I was shocked of the quality of it. It was so cheap! Totally not looking like the pants on the pictured shown in the shop. I've messaged Wackytee that I would send this back and want a refund. Ofcourse they haven't answered yet. But the pants is allready on it's way back to them since 16 november. I know it wil arrive one of these days. I'm still waiting for an answer and want my money back.

AUBait and switch BooKBook Firstly, the company infringes on international copyrights by selling knock-offs, secondly, counterfeits packaging to resemble genuine articles, using copyrighted logos, thirdly, advertises prices in local currency on Google "Sponsored advertising in Australian Dollars, then however bills the same amount in US$ at a premium so customers are faced with additional costs.
