Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, i wanted to cancel an order and opened up a request, they did not reply so i made another ticket, and they still didnt reply and they shipped my order out instead. I asked on the forums and people gaslight you into thinking its your fault because dx.com has this strange system of pushing back requests if you try to update it. Any normal customer would update a request if no one replies to it! DX.com doesnt tell you their strange system of pushing back requests if you update it at all. You can potentially end up not having anyone reply to your request at all because you update it a week later to ask for support.

Run away Check out their review of every product. Five stars and the written reviews are identical. Obviously written by Dx.com itself. Stay away from this site.

I had wrong product that I ordered I had wrong product that I ordered. They wont sent me a correct one and offer me 2dollars compensate when the product costs 16dollars. That is just pure scamming, stay away.

Various messages sent with one response of "just give it time". Well, times up. Now it's time to let everybody know...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEALEXTREME.

I am not an unfair person in judging… I am not an unfair person in judging from others opinion so i went ahead and ordered a smartphone everything seemed good so far till after paying for the product they sent a msg telling me i have to pay 10 Dollars more for shipping after everything was paid for after checkout i sent back a msg saying i am not paying a cent more for it why didn't you ask for it at the beginning! after that i see my item saying it has shipped fully i left them a msg tellling them if my item say shiped and you do not ship it on time for me i will write them up on trustpilot they sent a msg back saying that the order has been cancel and i will have to choose a method of receiving my funds! this company don't really have a proper complaint page all the msgs goes to the seller in that way they have all rights to respond or ignore which i believe they do! they company takes no responsibility for sellers action and therefore this company is not safe to purchase from! shipped does not mean the item has shipped with this strange behavior for a well known company! be careful its coming from someone who does not take ppl word for it....maybe if i did this research before i would not have been in this position now.
