GBDX.com cheat on my money and didn't send me total amount of my items or give me a refund. I had purchased from DX.com on and off for last 10+ years mostly purchased are LED emitter, LED Drivers, But at "Sep 2020". I ordered a set of 3 DC to DC 8A Adjustable Buck-boost CC/CV Power Supply Module for $9.49. I only received 1 piece, so after I told them about my issue, they change the wording on total price at the website , then told me only come with 1 piece for $9.49, 3 pieces for $14.95. It is sad to see DX.com to cheat on customer now just like aliexpress.com, the whole company image only cost $6.30. So now I only shopping from fasttech, banggood, gearbest now.

IENo response from DealExtreme customer service. I've bought items before and while there was always a 4/6 week delay they always arrived. This time the package arrived in country at the beginning of December 2021 according to their tracking number but after a month nothing had changed. I contacted them at the end of January and was assured that if it had not arrived in two weeks a refund would be issued. There was no delivery and now my emails are being ignored. Not happy !!

GBAwful experience - Do not use The item took so much longer to arrive than stated and queries to their customer service go mostly ignored. The responses I did get were to request more time to respond properly, but this never happened. Opened a PayPal case when I was at 8 weeks and still waiting for the item. Deal Extreme asked me close the case before they would respond to me. The case was still pending when the item eventually arrived (at 10 weeks), but turned out to be completely wrong. Zero response from Deal Extreme about this and PayPal issued a refund. Do not use - if you actually get what you ask for you're lucky. This is one of the poorest buying experiences I've had - I was just thankful that it was a relatively low value item and that I used PayPal.

GBI ordered in late February I ordered in late February. Covid happened I can’t reach the sellers and I’ve never received my merchandise. The tracking numbers I was sent are fakes.

TTI am not an unfair person in judging… I am not an unfair person in judging from others opinion so i went ahead and ordered a smartphone everything seemed good so far till after paying for the product they sent a msg telling me i have to pay 10 Dollars more for shipping after everything was paid for after checkout i sent back a msg saying i am not paying a cent more for it why didn't you ask for it at the beginning! after that i see my item saying it has shipped fully i left them a msg tellling them if my item say shiped and you do not ship it on time for me i will write them up on trustpilot they sent a msg back saying that the order has been cancel and i will have to choose a method of receiving my funds! this company don't really have a proper complaint page all the msgs goes to the seller in that way they have all rights to respond or ignore which i believe they do! they company takes no responsibility for sellers action and therefore this company is not safe to purchase from! shipped does not mean the item has shipped with this strange behavior for a well known company! be careful its coming from someone who does not take ppl word for it....maybe if i did this research before i would not have been in this position now.
