I’ve been with them since 2019 and still dealing with lies and unprofessionalism plus horrible customer service skills. They charge you unreasonable charges without your knowledge. Stay away

Working with Sprint/T-Mobile PAINFUL Working with Sprint/T-Mobile This has been one of the most painful experiences of my entire life. I don't want to waste any more time than I already have spent on the phone with Tech Support as well as sales. Additionally visiting two Stores in an attempt to get my problem resolved.

Have had a contract for now-over 20… Have had a contract for now-over 20 years. Used a CDMA card to run the wifi in my rural house since late 2001. My plan is unlimited with no caveats, however since 2011 Sprint has routinely tried to throttle my connection and set data limits - mind you the speed is already a paltry 1mb/s down. Whenever I add or change a device on my plan I am harassed to "upgrade" my plan to one with actual limits and routinely called by sprint reps in the following weeks for continued harassment. They ignore do not call requests. The service has also degraded significantly since 2015. As of recently (01/2022) the phone service barely works in Nashville, Clarksville, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas. Sprint has removed their social media accounts and handles on google maps in attempt to subvert public review.

I've been a customer since 2005 I've been a customer since 2005, I inquire why my bill is always so high ...(2 phone lines $280 a month) in September 2022 I went to a tmobile location and the gentleman basically told me I get charged for the phones monthly even when we had the phones for 4+ years, What most upsets me, is that every time I contact a representative I get told different "stories" every single time ..it's so very frustrating I feel for 17 years I've been over charged by hundreds of dollars each year! They need to have a Meeting with ALL ASSOCIATES to get their facts straight. I'm beyond disgusted with sprint/ team mobile

T Mobile shifty practices I was a faithful sprint customer since the early 2000's. After T-Mobile purchased Sprint the service became much slower. I finally had to change service. The problem occurred when T Mobile continued to bill my company after I had canceled the lines. I proved that the service was not being used as their was no data usage since the cancelation. T-mobile would not refund the amount paid. Careful thought to those considering T-Mobile.
