NLno sprinting? I showed up, but all they had were nintendo's and stuff. I was ready to jog, but there was nothing. I am very dissapointed

GBT Mobile shifty practices I was a faithful sprint customer since the early 2000's. After T-Mobile purchased Sprint the service became much slower. I finally had to change service. The problem occurred when T Mobile continued to bill my company after I had canceled the lines. I proved that the service was not being used as their was no data usage since the cancelation. T-mobile would not refund the amount paid. Careful thought to those considering T-Mobile.

GBTerrible Terrible, customer support is a dumpster fire LOL What is funny to me is account recovery doesn't work, you can put your email and phone number in, doesn't matter what browser, doesn't work. I was on the little chatbox thing with someone and told me that I would receive my username through text, NOTHING LMAO. I don't understand how they're this bad, their UI is also so bad. It's crazy how poorly rated their customer support is, it really doesn't shock me.

GBSprint has lost their minds Sprint has lost their minds. First promised to fix a problem they caused by offering me a credit for them to not keep that promise and overcharge me on my bill. Then the supervisor Haley admitted that she finally found the notes from that interaction to only offer a lower amount of credit then put me on hold for a hour only for the line to hang up. Never go with sprint/tmobile!

GBSprint Sprint, although cheaper than Verison (which doesn't charge when you go offline with certain plans) has virtually no service at all and more than often will get you zero service. Please do not get this provider. It's like your paying for no service: just get the slightly more expensive provider.
