Honestly they need to be put out of… Honestly they need to be put out of business. Includes T-mobile. Broke my phone, won't allow me to cancel my plan because I need access to my account, cant access the account without the phone, will not help me resolve the issue unless I visit their store. Over-complicate everything. Charging me for 6 months for service I'm not using.

And then REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor or someone higher up?? Said he was transferring me to his supervisor and transferred me to a collections agency instead. So glad I switched to Verizon!

One of the worst network provider One of the worst network provider, absolutely unprofessional customer service reps. It took me almost an hour to get hold of someone at the customer service line who couldn't resolve my issue. When I tried to activate myself, it keeps asking me the same that didn't work int he first place. They need to work on their backend. Instead of wasting $$s on unnecessary links, fancy sim card holder and overseas customer service call centers, focus on the quality service. I DO NOT recommend to anyone that I know.

Rude Rude, incompetent Customer service. When trying to put in my security answer the girl on the customer service end was having trouble so I let her know that my street name was 3 separate words to see if that would help. She got angry and informed me that there was “nothing wrong with HER” and then hung up on me haha glad I switched to AT&T

Criminals Our entire company uses sprint. Our phones are not working. Always roaming, calls don't come through, getting sent to some Verizon message about entering a credit card to connect the call. T-mobile is clearly behind this since the merge. Our representative told us our phones would be unaffected, but service goes out daily for hours, and has been happening for a while now, but gradually has gotten worse. It's criminal, and now I'm going to keep writing and posting about it constantly, because that's all I can do.
