GBGreat Customer Service I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

Unbelievable, the 2 books I ordered did arrive within 1-2 weeks. One had loose pages.
