Original delivery date to Midhurst, Ontario Canada was December 1st. They cannot find the package. I spoke with an agent at FedEx on Thursday, Dec. 7th and they specified that Solentro was to email them with a picture of the package and description of the contents, (3 photo books). I relayed that info to info@Solentro that same day and I have heard nothing back. I resent the FedEx request particulars again yesterday and still have not heard back. Please assist to bring this delivery challenge to a close. Angie DeMarco

My little book actually arrived slightly damaged from the shipping process. Solentro very promptly sent me another book which arrived in perfect condition! I highly recommend Solentro!

Great Customer Service I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

Illustrated 90 page book about my family I have written an illustrated book of the history of my and my wife's families. It has been quite a major project and the end product is a printed book that Solentro printed for me. The final steps are not for the fainthearted since I had to move over 90 JPEGs in the right order into the software. Once said I soon mastered the ins and outs of the website and the interface, and I'm now on my Second edition. Strongly recommend Solentro as a printer. The quality is superb.. They are the only printers I know who will do small print runs. My Second edition is only 15 copies that I will give to my children and grandchildren. They also produce a PDF and I can give to people outside of my family circle. Very useful!
