Great Customer Service I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

Fantastic product, fantastic experience! Fast turn around time. All 22 copies arrived in perfect shape. Paper quality & thickness, photos, text, binding, everything perfect - even better than I expected. Impressive speed of completion once I hit submit. Timely responses to questions. I do wish the pagination button prompted me for a final yes/no just before hitting submit. Website took a bit to get used to - not as intuitive as I would have liked. That said, once I was familiar with it, it was easy to use. I will be using Solentro again & highly recommend them to you!

Final book was just as I expected Final book was just as I expected. I especially liked being able to use Apple "Page" to create my pages, save as pdf file and then use PDF to JPG converter program to then use with Lolentro. The delivery time was probably the only holdup but then again the book is coming from Sweden.

Better than I Imagined Delivered quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Building the book is easy and precise. There are 1 or 2 small glitches with the book-building software, but they are easy to overcome. The expectations that were set for the size, color, and quality were clearly explained and delivered exactly as described. What I imagined was what was delivered. By the way … This is a real review. Amazing book quality Had a great time writing a cute little novelty gift for my girlfriend. Shipping was an absolute nightmare and the website user interface could most definitely use an upgrade both on desktop and mobile but man the book quality came out amazing. Definitely will be coming back to make another small book for my mom very soon.
