Upgrading My Entertainment Experience Livewire had put my initial surround sound speakers in when we moved into our house 12 years ago. I needed to update my hardware and system and contacted them. They provided some solid options for me, answered all my questions and installed the equipment in a day. They found a way to make it easy to use and the family is now enjoying our multi-media equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their entertainment experience.

The folks from Livewire did a great job… The folks from Livewire did a great job of assessing our needs and helping us decide where to splurge and where to save while keeping within our budget. The install team was amazing. They arrived promptly, were extremely professional and respectful in our home and patiently worked with me to figure out passwords and parental controls. Livewire has done excellent work on our… Livewire has done excellent work on our home media system over the past few years (Livewire bought the company that installed our home media system 25 years ago when we built our house). We've purchased several pieces of new equipment from Livewire and they have also provided great technical support both on the phone and at our house. Last week one of their technicians (Robert) came out to fix a sound system problem. As in our prior experiences with their technicians, he arrived promptly and worked diligently and thoughtfully till the problem was fixed. He then took a few extra minutes to try a couple of other system improvements he thought might work and they did. Thanks to Robert and Livewire!

Best Service Experience This was honestly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the initial call to Brad to place the order, the follow up from Henry, Brad and Scott, and the actual service by Mark! Mark stayed at our house until we had thoroughly tested the remote and asked every question possible. He made adjustments based on our feedback quickly and then had us retest! Overall this is a very customer focused company end to end.

A Great Experience with Livewire I had an awesome experience with LiveWire this morning. James came to my home to replace a video amplifier and do some re-wiring in my technology panel. He was great...showed up when promised, worked diligently without the need for help, and got the problem fixed. In addition, he organized the wiring in the panel box, cleaned it up and left it 1000% better than the way he found it. Just an incredible experience. Thanks to LiveWire and James.
