Knowledgeable and courteous service Brad Camp and my entire team of installers offered First Class service from start to finish. My upgrade included my wireless network, TV upgrades, and boosting my cell signal in a home that went from 0 to 3 bars with the new equipment. All areas working beautifully. Livewire experience Livewire was one of two companies that we had come and bid out work for surround sound, remote cameras, entertainment systems, and remote lighting. Livewire came in with the lower bid and provided excellent service and the entire system is amazing. As with all projects, we had a couple of hiccups, but Livewire resolved the issues quickly. Brad and Jonathan, both from Livewire were readily available and explained all technology.

A Great Experience with Livewire I had an awesome experience with LiveWire this morning. James came to my home to replace a video amplifier and do some re-wiring in my technology panel. He was great...showed up when promised, worked diligently without the need for help, and got the problem fixed. In addition, he organized the wiring in the panel box, cleaned it up and left it 1000% better than the way he found it. Just an incredible experience. Thanks to LiveWire and James.

Expert Setup Great experience! Grant, the technician from Livewire was on time, worked through my setup of printer, laptop, a soundbar quickly and expertly! He even did some remedial work on my network to improve it. Grant was knowledgeable and proficient, worked hard and quickly, was personable, and a genuine pleasure to welcome to my home electronic needs.

AVICO transition hiccup These guys took over from AVICO; unfortunately, it doesn't look like AVICO did a good job in transitioning the accounts. I got lost. To Livewire's credit, once they were aware of the problem, they reached out to me several times to work to resolve the problem. While I had to move on to another service provider, if a future/another need arises, my first call will be to Livewire. I believe they care and will work to provide quality service.
