I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star… I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star rating. I've become increasingly disappointed with the manufacture of various items from Interfit. I've had the bolt on the ratcheting tilt lock of an S1 strip. I've had at least 3 collapsible softboxes that have multiple joint failures. The glue anchoring the joint to the support shaft weakened and separated the joint from the shaft. I have to remedy this with gaffer tape to keep the joint extended and in place after unfolding. This wastes time before and after an on-location shoot. I've also had inner diffuser panel tabs tear from the elastic which renders them useless.

Easy to set up and understand… Easy to set up and understand instructions. The Trigger is the most complicated part to get, as instructions are basic and for example, the picture on the instructions was a Cannon trigger and I purchased a Nikon trigger. At first I thought I had the wrong trigger. Customer service was excellent and helped me with that. They responded very quickly to my questions. I'm hoping you will bring ALL your manufacturing back to the USA soon! More jobs and better quality here at home. Please consider USA made from now on. Thanks for a very nice mono light!

Green Light, NOT Daylight Ballanced I ordered my fourth Studio Essentials 100W LED Monolight. I love my other three, but this one is green? I was expecting a daylight ballanced product, but this is... crappy. I would send it back, but I don't feel like doing all the work for that.

Purchased the Badger Unleashed and it… Purchased the Badger Unleashed and it is an incredible light, very light and portable. I must also say thank you to your shipping department I put the wrong zip code in and they called to make sure the proper address and zip had been given so I could get my light timely. .
