GBReally disappointed I have called, emailed, chatbot, and used social media to get a hold of anyone at Interfit to try and remedy a problem with my S1 strobe, but now I’m seeing why we might go back to profits. No response anywhere.

GBCustomer Support is Great pop up was ok.... Customer Support is Great, and I would probably buy from them again, though I like the backdrop I'm not "loving" it. It was a good value for the money, but I would also consider possibly spending a bit more as quality on this was OK but not great. The fabric itself in terms of color and hand painting was fine, but the fabric was a little thin, and there were wrinkles and you could see it did not quite fit the frame as well as some of my other popups. I think I will be able to work around it, but don't see any way to get the wrinkles out. However, their customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that alone, I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

INInterfit has consistently performed to… Interfit has consistently performed to the best of their ability, and comparable to the biggest brands on the market. Their products though comparably inexpensive, are very well designed and equal to the best. I urge you to try them, they won’t disappoint.
