Customer Support is Great pop up was ok.... Customer Support is Great, and I would probably buy from them again, though I like the backdrop I'm not "loving" it. It was a good value for the money, but I would also consider possibly spending a bit more as quality on this was OK but not great. The fabric itself in terms of color and hand painting was fine, but the fabric was a little thin, and there were wrinkles and you could see it did not quite fit the frame as well as some of my other popups. I think I will be able to work around it, but don't see any way to get the wrinkles out. However, their customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that alone, I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

Easy to set up and understand… Easy to set up and understand instructions. The Trigger is the most complicated part to get, as instructions are basic and for example, the picture on the instructions was a Cannon trigger and I purchased a Nikon trigger. At first I thought I had the wrong trigger. Customer service was excellent and helped me with that. They responded very quickly to my questions. I'm hoping you will bring ALL your manufacturing back to the USA soon! More jobs and better quality here at home. Please consider USA made from now on. Thanks for a very nice mono light!
