GBThe plastic part of the microphone… The plastic part of the microphone broke on a pair of Turtle Beach gaming headphones I bought my son for $160. I disassemble the headset to find I spent $160 on about $1 worth of thin plastic, cheap circuit boards, and terrible soldering. The few small screws the headset had were stripped out, most of the headset is snap together and held together with glue. In my honest opinion this is the lowest quality electronic I have ever disassembled to this point in my life. Not sure if this is the standard of electronics these days but I wouldn't pay $5 for another pair of these brand new.

GBResponsive, Help-full, Timely My Stealth 700 Gen 2 headset main volume rocker was unresponsive after only owning it for about 3 months. Turtle Beach was very responsive when I reached out for assistance. After trouble shooting didn't work, TB had me send in my headset and had a new one out to me within a week. AND this was during the Christmas holidays. Fantastic customer service. I've used turtle beach since I was able to afford them and always will.

GBIt broke but they fixed it Not sure what happened but something going up inside the yoke and it became totally unusable. I contacted support and they sent me a prepaid label to ship the old device back and 2 days afterwards I found the new device sitting on my porch. Great service guys!

GBGreat Service I was impressed with the timely response to my request for warranty repair or replacement. RMA sent quickly as was the response when you received my item. A replacement item arrived within a few days. Very happy with the service. I'm also happy with the Velocity One Flight Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. It makes the simulator all that more injoyable.

GBThe ease of the warranty process was… The ease of the warranty process was nice enough for a full-time employee and a full-time parent. The process allowed me to take my time to grab all of the data, set up the photos and attach all of that to an email.
