GBGreat experience All of my customer experiences were great. Everyone I spoke to were very kind and polite. Today's day and age, it is so hard to find a company with great support staff. I bought a 2pk of controllers and they did their best to troubleshoot the issue and tried very hard. They quickly sent me a replacement product.

GBExceeds Expectations Have only used this brand so can’t compare to others, however the XIM Apex performs flawlessly. Easy to manage/adjust preset game templates. No lag in gameplay whatsoever. It’s a no-brainer.

GBNo problems, would recommend Item came in expected condition, no dents or damage to boxing. Delivery was a day late but that's honestly expected where I live, so no star reduction for that. Product itself works perfectly, so I'd say 5 stars! Never heard of the company before so I was honestly skeptical of them, but it seems my fears were unfounded as everything turned out alright.

CAShipping Great costumer service they have answer all of my e-mail! Only inconvenient if your in Canada like me neither of Flash Back or FedEx advice me about the fee supplement. I’ve pay my products + 25$ US for the shipping with FedEx. The product was supposed to be delivered today but at a moment a receive a mail saying that it will be delayed and ship tomorrow. After giving a other look, I’ve just seen that my order was "Held, unable to collect payment." FedEx so I type it in Google to notice that it mean I have to pay Duty tax because I’m in Canada. 40$ not to bad because of the wait but imagine you have to pay 100$ or more. Still giving a 4 star to the compagnie cause in my opinion it is the Carrier responsability to advice the client at first that they will have to pay fees if they are not in the US. But Flash Back please just type in a note that if you are off territory it will have some fees to pay. Last thing talk with FedEx please cause if i wasn’t that concerned about my order, like I’m thinking about a old person or a parents that don’t know how technology work they would have never notice that they have some fees to pay before receive their order.
