PS4 controller shell Months ago I accidently messed up my PS4 controller shell. Looked around for a bit and found Flashback limited. The shell came quickly and nicely packaged. I do think shipping was a bit expensive at $6.30 for something so light and small, but it still was still cheaper than other places overall. The shell needed some posts removed and a slot filed into it for fitment, but that was disclosed and I am handy with things so it was no problem. It feels wonderful and well worth the money.

Good shipping time, customer support. Needs better instructions. The product arrived in a good time frame. The instructions online are not clear, I've had trouble getting it working. Customer support did answer my emails in a timely manner. They seem to be genuinely trying, which I appreciate. I would recommend a user's manual be included with the product, and videos be more detailed in explanation.

Shipping Great costumer service they have answer all of my e-mail! Only inconvenient if your in Canada like me neither of Flash Back or FedEx advice me about the fee supplement. I’ve pay my products + 25$ US for the shipping with FedEx. The product was supposed to be delivered today but at a moment a receive a mail saying that it will be delayed and ship tomorrow. After giving a other look, I’ve just seen that my order was "Held, unable to collect payment." FedEx so I type it in Google to notice that it mean I have to pay Duty tax because I’m in Canada. 40$ not to bad because of the wait but imagine you have to pay 100$ or more. Still giving a 4 star to the compagnie cause in my opinion it is the Carrier responsability to advice the client at first that they will have to pay fees if they are not in the US. But Flash Back please just type in a note that if you are off territory it will have some fees to pay. Last thing talk with FedEx please cause if i wasn’t that concerned about my order, like I’m thinking about a old person or a parents that don’t know how technology work they would have never notice that they have some fees to pay before receive their order.
