Great experience All of my customer experiences were great. Everyone I spoke to were very kind and polite. Today's day and age, it is so hard to find a company with great support staff. I bought a 2pk of controllers and they did their best to troubleshoot the issue and tried very hard. They quickly sent me a replacement product.

They went extra miles to make provisions for my order due to my location and they responded to all my inquiries with lightning speed. Even more, they shared tips and advise (which I will always use going forward) with me from their wealth of experience. As if that wasn't enough, they got my product to me on the other side of the globe in record time. Flashback Limited is more than just a company selling products. I am very grateful. I would definitely use them again and also refer them to friends and family.

Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2… Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2 days but due to it being Sunday it was supposed to deliver on Monday, and I see a message saying insufficient address which has never ever happened to me while getting stuff delivered through usps, I contacted FBL email and they are trying to charge me to reship the item that I paid my hard earned money for. Definitely not recommending this horrible site to anyone. Terrible customer service aswell. And its a scam
