The customer service was fantastic! The customer service was fantastic. We actually did not receive the cord we ordered, but when we contacted the company they were very apologetic. They sent out the correct cord right away and admitted their mistake. No extra charge of course.

PS4 controller shell Months ago I accidently messed up my PS4 controller shell. Looked around for a bit and found Flashback limited. The shell came quickly and nicely packaged. I do think shipping was a bit expensive at $6.30 for something so light and small, but it still was still cheaper than other places overall. The shell needed some posts removed and a slot filed into it for fitment, but that was disclosed and I am handy with things so it was no problem. It feels wonderful and well worth the money.

Perfect experience! I had a relatively perfect experience with Flashback, the product arrived right on time (may have actually been a little earlier), everything was correct, product was right and seems to be functioning great so far. Ordering Ordering, shipping and delivery was great and fast! I have yet to use the product, but everything appears in order and boards are brand new, so they should be working fine. I would definitely not hesitate to order from flashback limited again! Will be purchasing other products in the future. I would recommend them.
