The installer found a signal! The installer came out, looked around the property and figured the best place for us to receive the signal. Prior to his visit we had been told we couldn't receive a signal from our location. We had called 3 separate times over the past few years with hopes there was a new tower or a stronger signal we could connect to with Simply Bits. We are really please with the reception we are receiving! The past 14 years with Century Link has been HORRIBLE. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and was considerate of our space. We highly recommend Simply Bits!

Simply Bits came promptly to install… Simply Bits came promptly to install service, technician Donny was thorough, helpful and extremely competent. My system is working well--two computers, two tvs, 2 cell phones and some small devices. We were able to speak to people when we called, to check on progress, etc. In other words, we had service!!! we were not just trying to glean info from an unhelpful machine.

Today was my first appointment with a… Today we had two excellent installers come out and install our new antenna and modem. Donnie and Justin were gentlemen and got us going with three times the band width of Bluespan, same price and no contract. Thank you, Simply Bits Today was my first appointment with a Simply Bits salesperson name Shaun. So far, my experience couldn't be better. Shaun was calm, clear, authentic and friendly. My install will happen within the next ten days. If everything goes like today, I'll be a very happy customer.

I am trying to cancel my internet… I am trying to cancel my internet service. It is the most intermittent and slow internet I have used since dial-up back in the 90s!!! After 4 phone calls and sitting on hold for an hour…finally get a call back. After giving the rep. my info he tells me he can’t cancel my service, and someone will get back to me shortly….right! I guess I am gonna have to call my bank and tell them not to allow auto payments for Simply Bits. Worst customer service ever!
