GBCall quality Except for occasional drop calls, service pretty consistently good. All my calls are India calls, it could be cheaper. Special offers are not as inviting as they used to be, noticeably. Dollar amounts for reloading should be any amount, not $50 and above. This minor disappointment . Overall, I’m pleased

PHboth times I purchased eSIM for Japan… both times I purchased eSIM for Japan use and one for Philippine use but both did not work. There is no detailed instructions on how to use/set-up the eSIM once onsite. Wasted money. I will never use Pingo or eSIM they are providing.

GBNew client: Calling from my cellphone in the US to Cellphone in Paris France My girlfriend is in Paris, France for a month and after spending almost $400 with AT&T I started investigating alternatives. I tried "Pennytalk" a complete joke and Skype which is fine if your near your PC. I am calling cellphone to cellphone both AT&T US (CA) cellphone numbers. The first phone call went through without a hitch and subsequent phone calls were better then my providers! I read the bad reviews and can't understand what the problem is? GBPINGO is Great - why are reviews not reflecting this? I've been using PINGO for years and have NEVER had a problem. The rates are great, the features they offer make using PINGO a sinch! I just recently decided to download the PINGO EZ Dial software on my Iphone and now have the convenience of using my PINGO account on my cell phone and call France all the time for cheap. If you're not using PINGO - you should honestly just give it a try... I personally have not regretted doing so and I love the cheap rates!
