PHboth times I purchased eSIM for Japan… both times I purchased eSIM for Japan use and one for Philippine use but both did not work. There is no detailed instructions on how to use/set-up the eSIM once onsite. Wasted money. I will never use Pingo or eSIM they are providing.

GB1 out of 5 calls issue with hearing At least 1 out of 5 calls I use Pingo for I end up issues with not being able to hear what person said after first few minutes and Pingo instead just repeats what they said previously over and over again . That’s when I have to hang up and call again or just use another service

GBNew client: Calling from my cellphone in the US to Cellphone in Paris France My girlfriend is in Paris, France for a month and after spending almost $400 with AT&T I started investigating alternatives. I tried "Pennytalk" a complete joke and Skype which is fine if your near your PC. I am calling cellphone to cellphone both AT&T US (CA) cellphone numbers. The first phone call went through without a hitch and subsequent phone calls were better then my providers! I read the bad reviews and can't understand what the problem is? GBHorrendously Bad Service I have been a Pingo customer since January 2009, and for seven months I've suffered their bad services. Extremely rare were the moments when a call through their 'softphone' (internet phone) went through without major problems - and even when they did, the sound quality was always bad (on both ends). On most days, calling through Pingo was a chore, dialing the number dozens of times over 10-20 minutes until the call finally went through. And don't expect any help from their customer service, whether you contact them via phone or e-mail.

GBI start using Pingo 10 years ago I start using Pingo 10 years ago, my line of work takes me all around the globe and I always keep several calling options available, I use prepaid phone cards, Magic-jack, VoIP and Wifi. One service provider that never fail me is Pingo, Best in service, voice quality, access numbers and price. . Loyal customer.
