FRI will never buy roccat again The most expensive headset I've bought, but also the worst. Fortunately, thanks to the warranty, this is the fourth headset I've received because I have to contact support every 4 to 6 months for, and you better laugh at this, four different major issues. The software shows a battery pop-up at 10%, but the headset shuts down in less than 10 seconds. The keyboard types double letters, of course, shortly after the warranty expires. The only things I have no complaints about are the mouse and the mousepad! Obviously, I do not recommend it, and I won't be choosing ROCCAT for my next setup. On the other hand, the customer support is responsive and efficient.

FRExcellent set from Roccat Excellent set from Roccat. My mouse scrolling wheel had an issue, after a fast and reactive troubleshooting they managed to send a new one ASAP (within 3 days). I'm loyal to Roccat and so satisfied from all the products I ordered on Roccat.com (mouse, keyboard, headset).

DEI had a very good experience with the… I had a very good experience with the customer service after I ordered the wrong keyboard layout. My wife absolutely loves the look and feel of the keyboard and mouse as it matches her new custom built PC (white shadow). The only issue we are having now is that the mouse keeps right clicking on its own which is super annoying and we will be returning.

GBGood replacement experience My mouse left click started to fail so I contacted support for assistance. After following a simple testing process they verified the mouse was failing. Then all I had to do was follow some final instructions and they shipped a new mouse out. Simple process and no hassle involved. From submitting request to replacement shipped was just 7 days.

ATAmazing free Support Amazing free Support I lost my Keycap, they sent me a free replacement with some extra haribos! Overall the best customer support I have ever gotten.
