I will never buy roccat again The most expensive headset I've bought, but also the worst. Fortunately, thanks to the warranty, this is the fourth headset I've received because I have to contact support every 4 to 6 months for, and you better laugh at this, four different major issues. The software shows a battery pop-up at 10%, but the headset shuts down in less than 10 seconds. The keyboard types double letters, of course, shortly after the warranty expires. The only things I have no complaints about are the mouse and the mousepad! Obviously, I do not recommend it, and I won't be choosing ROCCAT for my next setup. On the other hand, the customer support is responsive and efficient.

After sales care I contacted Roccatt about an ELO air 7 headset where the bluetooth dongle had ceased to operate. As the headset was out of warranty, I expected to pay for a replacement, however I could not find any fir sale in Europe, so contacted them directly. Within two weeks I had a replacement dongle given free. Fantastic aftef sales care, evidenced by me writing this, as I usually do not bother. Soevial thanks to Sasha who dealt with the issue throughout. Please keep doing what you are doing. I would certainly buy from you again.

Excellent set from Roccat Excellent set from Roccat. My mouse scrolling wheel had an issue, after a fast and reactive troubleshooting they managed to send a new one ASAP (within 3 days). I'm loyal to Roccat and so satisfied from all the products I ordered on Roccat.com (mouse, keyboard, headset).

Amazing support with real people from the start! Had to contact Roccats customer support to replace a faulty scroll wheel on a mouse I bought from their online store. The customer support was quick and easy, with no hassle and a very quick troubleshooting and I got to talk with an actual person from the very beginning. Instead of having me jump through a lot of hoops, they quickly acknowledged my attempts at fixing the issue an sent a new mouse to me. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies exceptionally bad support.

Great customer service and products! We received a Kone mouse that would not click. They guided us through testing and repair, when it didn't respond they sent out another mouse with no problem! The mouse works great! At the time we also bought a Vulcan Keyboard and both products have exceeded our expectations! Great company!
