GBMerchandise lost, eventually refunded Merchandise lost, eventually refunded. I ordered an iPhone more than three weeks ago. The last tracking message was somewhere on the other side of the country. Apparently it went by way of the Bermuda Triangle. Gazelle did not answer emails about this. I finally got results via the chat.

GBPurchased a used iPhone 15 Pro Max in… Purchased a used iPhone 15 Pro Max in excellent condition. It showed up true to the description. One tiny blemish on one of the camera surrounds, but otherwise pristine. Not damage to the screen, sides, or back glass of the device or the camera glass. Would highly recommend them. Basically a brand new iPhone for $200 less than retail!!!!!!

GBIt was very easy to find iPhone by… It was very easy to find iPhone by number, service provider, and GB size with the filters. Price was reasonable for the one we purchased. A desired color choice is not always available but based on the price one can get a phone protector the suits their style.

GBNOT AN UNLOCKED PHONE Waited a week for shipping then set up the phone and everything- turns out they didn’t send me an unlocked phone. I don’t understand how I can trust their inspection process when they mix up locked and unlocked phones. There was no discount or any offer for getting the right one and had to spend 30 mins on the phone with customer service just for them to say oops.
