NOT AN UNLOCKED PHONE Waited a week for shipping then set up the phone and everything- turns out they didn’t send me an unlocked phone. I don’t understand how I can trust their inspection process when they mix up locked and unlocked phones. There was no discount or any offer for getting the right one and had to spend 30 mins on the phone with customer service just for them to say oops.

The iPad 9th gen is in great… The iPad 9th gen is in great shape—we’re super happy. There are probably scuffs or scratches that make it “Fair”, but the glass is super clean and i put it in a case—it works great!

Shipping was very poor. Shipping was very poor. It took over twice as long to get the product as advertised. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful. They did not know how to tack it further and just said to wait a week and then file a claim that it was lost in the mail. They did not issue an investigation number or a way to further investigate the items shipping status.

I was a little disappointed by the… I was a little disappointed by the amount of battery health. It was at 78%. I thought Gazelle at least provided 80%. when I chatted through the app, they told me just that, but then backtracked and said 75% and said they were mistaken. No discount off of the purchase and no "making the customer happy" mentality. I may look elsewhere, next time I purchase. Joel
