I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. Assume site to get what you need at great price. Was very pleased with my purchase . They did great job of describing the ipad I bought. Was packaged ..shipped fast ..arrived in good condition as well. Well be using there company again.
