I did not get a chance to call I did not get a chance to call, but I had a bad power cord. The computer started beeping, due to the power cord. The computer worked just fine.

exceptional customer service I had difficulty with updating the iPad without a PC and Nelson and the team at the refurbished apple store were exceptional with assisting with tips to try and also offered me a full refund minus shipping back to them which I did not mind paying. They get 5 stars from me for customer service.
