Then they reference the part of their agreement where you need to pay for return shipping to get your product back if they change their offer price. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND A SCAM. GBI don’t write reviews but … Before I made a purchase I spoke directly to them by text and they answered all my questions. Several weeks later I made the purchase and it was shipped immediately. I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. I don’t feel obligated to write reviews but I was so impressed I felt that a review was appropriate. You can trust this company to perform far above expectation.

GBThe product was exactly as expected The product was exactly as expected. Clean and good condition. The shipping could be better. IPad was wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and a bubble mailer. Could have used a card board or some thing stuff along with packaging. The iPad is come in very good condition. Thank you.
