Return and Refund Scuf I just want to point out that although I haven't adapted to the controller, it is of high quality and well structured. However, I decided to return it and request a refund of the amount paid. They were very quick to respond and I received the email today indicating that they will refund the amount paid. Everything worked perfectly. Brands must have a quality product and even better customer support, so far congratulations Scuf Controllers.

Super Pleased! I have been using my old Infinity pro for roughly 5 years (which still works great!) but I decided to try out the Envision Pro which is an awesome controller but didn’t suit my needs. The return process was made easy with great customer service! Decided to get a new Infinity Pro 4ps because the colors & grips were worn down on my old one. Absolutely love it! The controller I purchased The controller I purchased, a SCUF Impact, is phenomenal. I absolutely love this controller. I knocked a star because I ordered a 4-pack of the concave replacement sticks but received the convex models. Edit: Back to five stars for excellent customer service
