Ordered on May 28th, shipped April 26th. Ordered on May 28th and paid extra for expedited that stated it would ship by the 29th. Well, over a week later and the order was still in processing with zero communication from scuf. I reached out to them and was finally told there was a delay at the factory and that was it. Then another 2 weeks go by with zero communication, so I reach out again and eventually get an email stating there was a delay due to "some unexpected shipping challenges that will result in a slight delay in the delivery of your order.", then they gave me a new ship date of April 26th. A MONTH after ordering. Delays happen, I get it, but the complete lack of any kind of proactive communication with your customers shows an utter lack of care and competence. Controllers fine though. Lots of clicky buttons. Software sucks, but its iCUE so that's to be expected.

Return and Refund Scuf I just want to point out that although I haven't adapted to the controller, it is of high quality and well structured. However, I decided to return it and request a refund of the amount paid. They were very quick to respond and I received the email today indicating that they will refund the amount paid. Everything worked perfectly. Brands must have a quality product and even better customer support, so far congratulations Scuf Controllers.

I play a lot of shooting games and when… I play a lot of shooting games and when I use my left analog stick (used for walking or running) it just doesn’t react sometimes and I get stuck and not being able to move and I only had it for a month. I would expect more from a controller that I spent over $300!
