GBI received a defective controller I received a defective controller. Rather than have to go through getting a replacement which takes so much time I just returned the controller. Scuf needs to do better with quality control. This has always been an issue with them!!

GBI play a lot of shooting games and when… I play a lot of shooting games and when I use my left analog stick (used for walking or running) it just doesn’t react sometimes and I get stuck and not being able to move and I only had it for a month. I would expect more from a controller that I spent over $300!

GBCareful requires signature I paid extra to get my controller faster and then they added a required signature so I couldn’t get my controller. Luckily I was able to drive to FedEx and get it, but this is an inconvenience that I didn’t have the first two units I’ve ordered.

GBMy experience was AWESOME! My experience was AWESOME!! Super easy to customize my controller and shipped CRAZY fast!!! It has already greatly improved my Ranked gameplay. Worth every penny!!!

GBPkg was supposed to be signed for yet… Pkg was supposed to be signed for yet it was left at a mail box that was not even mine. But that’s par for the course with UPS. My other issue is the back buttons keep unpairing mid game
