It is now being used hard by my son & has performed perfectly during the two weeks we have had it. It comes with a 1 year warranty so that is always a plus. The staff was great, putting the order together quickly & allowing me to choose local pickup instead of delivery, as I reside close enough for the trip. I even received simple verbal instructions about how to migrate the user account from my old machine to the new one. Who gives basic live, free, & accurate technical support any longer. I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac… I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac Pro purchased from iPower Resale. Christina Prins was very helpful in helping me solve the problem by sending me a replacement at no charge (Note: do the extended warranty!). Everything is working fine now. She even included a printed return slip and a bag for the return of the old RAM. I'm very happy with iPowerSales' response and solution.

MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition! I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip from this company through Walmart. I’m not the biggest fan of used items, but it was a good deal for the price, so I was like sure, why not. The item ended up arriving early and in amazing condition. I could barley tell it was used, and came with the box, instructions, charger, and everything. Also, the battery health was 100%. Super pleased with my experience!
