Excellent service and results! I ordered a new computer from Matt, and my wife had Matt find and adapt a fanless graphics card to feed a true-color 4K monitor. Both of our computers work silently and flawlessly: my wife is using hers to photoshop her art works with great results for purposes of publication. Matt was always attentive to our requests and inquiries and fully informed us of our options. Everything we ordered from him arrived right on schedule and in fine working order.

Quality build and sense of dealing with an expert Ordered a PC using the part picker on their web site. I had a couple of follow up questions after ordering that Matt promptly answered. Some of the questions I had were already answered in the videos on the fullysilentpcs YouTube channel. The channel's videos are worth browsing through, as they give you a good sense of the level of detail used in their assembly and load testing. It took about a month from ordering to receiving the PC. I haven't taken the case apart to thoroughly check on the install, but looking through the vents, heatpipe attachment to the CPU block and chassis looks sound. CPU and RAM matches what I ordered. No stability issues encountered. After previously using a tiny footprint PC that sounded like a vacuum cleaner under heavy load, I couldn't be happier with the machine Matt built. Absolutely silent as advertised, and performs great! The only additional things I needed for the PC were antennas for WiFi + Bluetooth, but I had some on hand.

Best PC I've ever had & Matt is great Matt is doing a tremendous job promoting the vision of fully silent, no moving parts PCs. He is an expert through and through on many subjects, from knowing the types of CPUs, how to apply thermal paste in the most optimal way, and how to prove which thermal designs/combos work best. He doesn't take anyone's word about thermal facts, always experimenting and measuring thermal performance, under increasing loads himself to see what works and how good is each design. After watching Fully Silent PCs videos on youtube and looking at several other options, including ones from Europe, I became convinced that my next PC is going to be from Fully Silent PCs. I was happy to pay the premium rather than trying to assemble it myself, even though I've done my own assemblies before. I ordered and was not disappointed. It is the best desktop I ever had, very powerful and totally silent.

Streacom FC9 Alpha I ordered a Streacom FC9 Alpha after asking several questions to get a better idea of what would be best for my needs. Matt promptly answered all my questions with extreme professionalism and detail. Upon receiving the PC I moved the SSD from my old PC to the new one and removed the old drivers and installed the ones. Everything fell right into place. When installing the SSD I took notice of the pride and workmanship Matt did putting it all together. Great job and Fully Silent PCs is highly recommended.
