Love my Turemetal UP3 Matt was always courteous in all his communication; took into account all my requests and completed everything on time.

Best PC I've ever had & Matt is great Matt is doing a tremendous job promoting the vision of fully silent, no moving parts PCs. He is an expert through and through on many subjects, from knowing the types of CPUs, how to apply thermal paste in the most optimal way, and how to prove which thermal designs/combos work best. He doesn't take anyone's word about thermal facts, always experimenting and measuring thermal performance, under increasing loads himself to see what works and how good is each design. After watching Fully Silent PCs videos on youtube and looking at several other options, including ones from Europe, I became convinced that my next PC is going to be from Fully Silent PCs. I was happy to pay the premium rather than trying to assemble it myself, even though I've done my own assemblies before. I ordered and was not disappointed. It is the best desktop I ever had, very powerful and totally silent.

Wow, amazing, yet completely silent Wow, I got an amazing computer, at a very reasonable price, that works great, that is completely quiet. I love, love, love that. I recommend Matt and his computers for anyone who wants both a really good computer, and a really quiet environment. No fans, no moving hard drives, better than even the supposedly "quiet" big name laptops I have purchased in the past. Wow!

Quality build and sense of dealing with an expert Ordered a PC using the part picker on their web site. I had a couple of follow up questions after ordering that Matt promptly answered. Some of the questions I had were already answered in the videos on the fullysilentpcs YouTube channel. The channel's videos are worth browsing through, as they give you a good sense of the level of detail used in their assembly and load testing. It took about a month from ordering to receiving the PC. I haven't taken the case apart to thoroughly check on the install, but looking through the vents, heatpipe attachment to the CPU block and chassis looks sound. CPU and RAM matches what I ordered. No stability issues encountered. After previously using a tiny footprint PC that sounded like a vacuum cleaner under heavy load, I couldn't be happier with the machine Matt built. Absolutely silent as advertised, and performs great! The only additional things I needed for the PC were antennas for WiFi + Bluetooth, but I had some on hand.

Good, solid PC's, good support. The only reason rating isn't 5 stars is that I think the PC's are a bit on the expensive side. I was happy to pay the price though... I got a well thought out completely silent PC that meets my needs for a media center. The build is good and documentation complete. Can't rate response to problems because I didn't have any. They do answer questions promptly.
