I had been searching the internet for months looking for one and found Mac Hollywood with an excellent price. The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on. It was shipped nice and safe to me within a week of ordering. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

Then after a delivery mishap, they called to explain what happened and worked to make it correct. They also make a phone call to explain in person instead of sending an email, which made it easier to get the questions answered.
