This was important because Amazon vendors were offering the same product at double and triple your price. I had no prior relationship with them and didn't even know if I would get an authentic Wacom product. You even upgraded my shipping carrier...Thank you!!! BTW the pen is just what I needed to use brushes in Photoshop...works great!

Sales rep not friendly. Put on email list without request Sales rep on phone was less than pleasant to get into from. I did not appreciate being put on their solicitation email list without requesting it. Makes you regret a purchase. Otherwise all was fine

Cintiq arrived in great condition! Very simple interface and fast checkout (aside from having to make the perfunctory account). Did not get email notification for tracking but most people check their order status email so it was not an issue. Packaging material was filled with both paper and air bags to ensure minimal movement. Would definitely use them in the future again!
