Then after a delivery mishap, they called to explain what happened and worked to make it correct. They also make a phone call to explain in person instead of sending an email, which made it easier to get the questions answered.

Despite the fact that's it a significant investment, I really love the ergonomics of this stand, as it is able to be positioned below the level of my desk. Currently I have the Cintiq placed at a low, flat angle and my iMac is just behind it, higher up at my eye level. With the toggle feature I can use the Cintiq to paint on while looking at a duplicate image on the iMac which updates in real time, so in effect I can paint on either monitor which really helps to relieve back and neck strain. I'm explaining my setup because many people are hesitant about getting this stand, but I have no regrets with this purchase. THE place for wacom replacements! i never leave reviews but these guys are the best! i wrote in the notes of my order to make sure the cord i bought online was the right one since there is an extremely similar looking one that they also offer. not only did they email me to make sure it was correct but they called me before they shipped it too! the person i spoke to was extremely cool and helpful. i am never buying wacom replacement items from ebay again, i'm a custie 4 lyfe!
