GBReason for monthly clean-up I KNOW I should have computer checked regularly but hadn't done so in over a year. Today I had an immediate problem with Skype -- couldn't access mic. Ken worked on Skype first and then proceeded to general clean-up. Thanks for your service.

GBI found my support experience… I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

GBMy Faster PC icon disappeared from desk… My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk top screen. Called Support, a tech remotely reloaded the program, and created the desktop icon for me. Problem solved. The tech was friendly, explained the issue, and quickly resolved my problem. A pleasure to deal with him. Thank you for having reliable support service.

GBDid a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.
