Thanks Again… As always My Phone Support has come to my rescue. After consulting them again, they have left me with a computer which is running so much better than when i called them that I can hardly believe it. Their technicians are patient and knowledgeable. the never rush me nor show any impatience with my lack of computer sophistication. They are a godsend for me.and have been for over eight years.

Admitted they are a scam I asked from one of their agent "what is your job there?" and he said "my job here is to scam". Then i hung up

My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk… My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk top screen. Called Support, a tech remotely reloaded the program, and created the desktop icon for me. Problem solved.
