GBSam was a great representative of MPS Sam was a great representative of MPS. I had to leave my home and laptop due to a fire alarm yet Sam called me several times when it was my turn for an appointment to ask if I wanted to continue for a tune up. (He did the right thing. He didn't ignore my place in line.) Then when I was offline due to a internet issue during the tune up, he waited patiently during 30 minutes until I got back online. His dedication and patience and MPS' good standard of employees are highly commendable.

GBReason for monthly clean-up I KNOW I should have computer checked regularly but hadn't done so in over a year. Today I had an immediate problem with Skype -- couldn't access mic. Ken worked on Skype first and then proceeded to general clean-up. Thanks for your service.
