Great company I had a very good experience with the customer service from Ascendtech. I ordered a DELL VENUE 11 PRO 10.8" CORE I3-4020Y 4GB DDR3 128GB SSD WIN-10 PRO WIFI TABLET. When ordering the item I accidentally used the wrong payment method using PayPal. I asked Ascendtech to cancel my order and would reorder using a different payment method. Ascendtech responded right away. I did reorder the same item. I would recommend them to anybody that I know.

I ordered a replacement touchscreen for… I ordered a replacement touchscreen for my HP envy x360. Speedy delivery, however the packaging was just terrible. Rolled up packing paper was the cushioning. The screen was simply rolled up in bubble wrap. It did nothing to protect the screen from flexing and cracking. Screen arrived cracked. Was able to get a full refund though. Ordered the part from amazon and realized that the part that ascendtech gave me wasn't even the correct screen for the model.
