I was reluctant to order my computer part but I saw in the description that it would fit perfectly for my computer and many others, I thought I would take a chance. Great company I had a very good experience with the customer service from Ascendtech. I ordered a DELL VENUE 11 PRO 10.8" CORE I3-4020Y 4GB DDR3 128GB SSD WIN-10 PRO WIFI TABLET. When ordering the item I accidentally used the wrong payment method using PayPal. I asked Ascendtech to cancel my order and would reorder using a different payment method. Ascendtech responded right away. I did reorder the same item. I would recommend them to anybody that I know.
