Getting better every day There are still a small tweaks I'd like, but Julie is super responsive and is making PlanHero better each day. She's already addressed a few small issues I brought up in my last review. Even as it is, PlanHero is superior to any other signup website or app I've come across. Love Plan Hero! We are a non-profit that relies very heavily on help from our volunteers. PlanHero is the only program that we have found, for such a reasonable cost, which allows us to recruit volunteers effectively. We have used PlanHero for many events and could not be happier with the program. The customer support is un-paralled and you can expect personal attention and thorough assistance, on the rare occasion when it's needed. PlanHero is so easy to use and very customizable. We highly recommend PlanHero, not only for the program itself, but for the personal service.

The confusion over the switch between… The confusion over the switch between 1.0 and 2.0 has been a mess. Now I'm not allowed to use 2.0 until I pay again, even though I have an active membership.
