Getting better every day There are still a small tweaks I'd like, but Julie is super responsive and is making PlanHero better each day. She's already addressed a few small issues I brought up in my last review. Even as it is, PlanHero is superior to any other signup website or app I've come across. I look forward to seeing the continued improvements as they roll them out. Thank you!

I would like to see individual email… I would like to see individual email information on my list. I couldn't figure out how to do that so I had to back fill that information into the comments after my participants had signed up for their slots. It made the experience a little cumbersome.

Intuitive and easy to use, but some glitches I used this website to create a sign up for a multi-day, event with multiple different activities, locations, and time slots every day, and it worked very well. Creating the signup is very intuitive and edits are quick and easy. I love that volunteers were able to create an account and can go back and edit anything they've signed up for. I also love the reminder feature. The only trouble I ran into was that several volunteers had trouble signing up for time slots because of a couple odd glitches. I'm not sure what the issue was because most could use it just fine. It was easy enough to go in and sign them up manually though.

PlanHero is a better solution for collaboration The folks at PlanHero have gone above and beyond to make solutions that work to connect more people into our collaborative projects. I've found more features and customizations than other solutions I looked at. Thank you!

Great for organizing who brings what to Parties PlanHero has worked great for me for two events now that I had to coordinate multiple guests bringing different food items for. PlanHero is easy to use and helps me keep it all organized
