Getting better every day There are still a small tweaks I'd like, but Julie is super responsive and is making PlanHero better each day. She's already addressed a few small issues I brought up in my last review. Even as it is, PlanHero is superior to any other signup website or app I've come across. This is a great basic signup platform… This is a great basic signup platform that offers some of the bigger ticketed options at a fraction of the cost. The main feature we wanted was a landing page, but those cost a lot on the larger brands. While you don't get the customization and design features as some of the other brands, you do get a simple, easy-to use signup space that is inexpensive. We found it to be a great fit for our non-profit and the customer service is very fast and very helpful.

Plan Hero is my hero Plan Hero is my hero. I use this app in probably a more unconventional way than most users. My family and I use it to cover babysitting/Hangout Buddy time with my toddler. Due to my husband and my work schedules there regularly a few hours each week that need to be covered and we are blessed to have plenty of family nearby that love to spend time with her. I create a signup schedule each month, send out the link to any family members that want to be included, and everyone gets a chance to look it over and claim a spot. It has been especially useful for days my husband and I are out of town and there are several full days and overnights to work out. It’s such a relief to spend a few minutes each month planning out the days for the next one, and knowing all I have to do is send a link to get it covered instead of having to call around and play telephone to get things worked out. This app is well managed, easy to use, and a true life-saver for this mom’s sanity. I’ve been highly impressed with the personal experience I’ve received any time I needed help with some part of the app or just a general overview of new bells and whistles.

I would like to see individual email… I would like to see individual email information on my list. I couldn't figure out how to do that so I had to back fill that information into the comments after my participants had signed up for their slots. It made the experience a little cumbersome.

PlanHero is an amazing tool for volunteer groups! PlanHero has been an amazing tool for our school and our parents to coordinate volunteers and events! Julie, the Founder and CEO, has been so gracious with her time whenever we've needed help with training and onboarding new users. I highly recommend PanHero!
